“For me Jude has the perfect balance between yin and yang in her yoga classes… strong and dynamic though not over powering, calm and gentle yet not too spacey. Your physical body gets all the stretching and toning it needs though on top of that there is a very special energy throughout which nourishes your soul and makes you feel really good. Jude keeps an even calmness during her class helping you to relax your body without even trying. If you haven’t yet tried one of her classes I would seriously urge you to, as you have to experience it to know the amazing effects it has. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now (with lots of great teachers) and I still feel amazed at the transformation in my energy at the end of one of Jude’s sessions whether a class or workshop. A truly magical experience. And her yin yoga classes… well what can I say, again you just have to experience it. “I was meaning to tell you anyhow how good this 3 years ( or more?) of yoga with you had been! As you know I never practice yoga before, but I did sat in meditation for long hours…Starting after my 50s with the Yoga, it had give me back my flexibility and more important a good posture to sit without any discomfort. My health improve and did not have any mayor illness.The breath exercises help to relax and energise the mind.     Your yoga practice helps me to keep several long-term injuries at bay both physically and mentally. I really enjoy the dynamic class and it gives me a physical and mental restorative reset button on life mid week.

    I really enjoy attending your yoga class because I feel it is doing
    me good. It’s great to have the class here in Dunoon and I find
    myself looking forward to it each week. Yoga is such a positive thing
    and brings with it many many health benefits. I find that regular
    practice of yoga helps me maintain good health and energy levels along
    with suppleness of mind and body. I can’t praise your class enough
    Jude and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an
    abundance of good health, energy and peace of mind in their life.

    I completed Jude’s Healing Space Course – people living with cancer at the end of last year. Jude is a great techer and knows her stuff and she has a wealth of experience to share. I learnt a geat deal and met some wonderful people and had a great time. I would highly recommend Jude’s course to anyone interestd in teaching yoga to people with cancer. Thanks again Jude, Tna x
