Anusara

Anusara

This style was developed in 1997 with the intention of using the intrinsic goodness through physical practice. It allows you to channel your energy efficiently, experience grace and shine eternally with the universal energy that we all possess. It follows Universal Principles of Alignment which are crucial for the healthy mind and body.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa

Literally translated from Sanskrit language it means “to place in a special way”, indicating the different poses during the exercises. The smooth transition from one movement to other and fluid poses teaches you the importance of breathing and movement, while relaxing you with the calm meditation music. This style is the best for all who do not a routine, and want something that might put their physical abilities to the test.

Hatha

Hatha

It refers to the yoga that allows you to learn about physical stances and poses. Hatha yoga is the most present in the Western world as it teaches the basics and starts about the basic postures. While it does not require a lot of tough physical movements, it does relax your mind and body greatly.
